Rural Rise Charitable Trust, founded and led by Padma Shri awardee Ramilaben Raysingbhai Gamit, is a pioneering organization dedicated to transforming the lives of tribal communities in Gujarat. With a focus on education, healthcare, sanitation, women’s empowerment, and environmental conservation, the trust works tirelessly to uplift marginalized groups and create sustainable change at the grassroots level.
From constructing over 700 sanitary units and leading the fight against open defecation to organizing 5,000+ blood bottles donations for sickle cell anemia patients, our efforts have significantly improved health and hygiene. Through the establishment of 162 self-help groups (SHGs), we have empowered tribal women, connecting them to government schemes like Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana. In addition, the trust has planted over 10,000 trees, promoting environmental sustainability and combating climate change in tribal regions.
Our trust stands as a beacon of hope for thousands, fostering dignity, health, empowerment, and a greener future in the most underserved regions of Gujarat.
